When it comes to Ugandan urban music, no name becomes so resounding like Godfrey K, who has out a new inspirational song dubbed ‘Shine Again’.
Godfrey K’s new jam ‘Shine Again’, which dropped a few days ago via Black Market Records platforms, has since taken many believers by storm because of the moving he spreads out, which is laden with lots of motivation and triggers new hope among Christians.
He gets inspiration from the Biblical book of Job 14:7, which says thus; “There’s hope for a tree that has been cut down; it can come back to life and sprout.”
Unlike most gospel artists who usually sing to limited audience, Godfrey K’s compelling is reaching far and wide, especially because his lyrics are not condemning anyone as a sinner, but encouraging every Christian out there who has endured rough times to return to God, because they can still shine again.
Additionally, his impeccable track record and multiple talents that include songwriting, music production and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ have earned him a legion of Christian fans not only in Uganda but across East Africa as a whole.
